I’m Taking A Day Off

Hai everybody.  Sorry, I’m really tired, so I’m taking the day off.  I will of course be kicking around if anybody needs me once I get back from my world wide tour of the internet, I have to move that plane again, take my train track pc walk, head over to Calgary and feed my reindeer.

I have homework.  Check out Dalia Dippolito, she got granted a new trial (because the justice system in Florida is truly, truly fucked up.)  I’m trying to find out when her new trial starts.  We could have some fun with this one.

Holmes also.  Those are the two I am seriously debating right now, and maybe Broderick.  Let me know.

I will see you guys tomorrow.

RBMD peacing the fuck out

Have a great weekend, stay warm in your travels LOLOL!!

  2. TrulyUSA says:

I’m so glad you are taking a break, Kelly. You’ve been prolific this month and it is important to get the rest you need. Holmes or Dippolito, either would be interesting! Now you be careful on that flying carpet world wide tour! Annnnddddd for your listening pleasure I will post a video below!!!

  3. TrulyUSA says:

Makes me smile to make you smile Kelly! Have a great day!

  4. debilu2 says:

Well deserved! It’s tough being every person on the internet!

  5. Bazzethound says:

Hey KellyMae! Glad you are taking some time for you. Hope all is well. A big ole Virginia hug for you.

  6. Schaeffer says:

Is there anyone on this site who can help educate me on the role of a bishop in the LDS Church? tx

    • TrulyUSA says:

Sorry Schaeffer, not ignoring you but I’m NotAMormon, in fact I’m BarelyAChristian, but I try! I just googled “duties of a Bishop in a Mormon church” and got several good hits (put down the bong) I mean links that are pretty informative. I would post them but they usually get hung up and don’t publish.

      • Schaeffer says:

yes, I also found lots of info on the net, but Kelly thought perhaps there was someone on here with first-hand knowledge, which is always preferable. Thanks for taking the time to respond, someone may still pop up.

  7. Relax and enjoy, Kelly.
We have a BIG (very short) week coming up in court. 🙂

  8. hbbeachbun says:

Have a wonderful day off Kelly. Dalai Dippolito case would really be a good one.

  9. renaes24 says:

Take care of yourself my friend, I’m not feeling that great either,,,,,so maybe Mama can keep the drinks and entertainment flowing!

  10. Carmen Geditt says:

Thanks for keeping us posted 😊 see you soon

    • TrulyUSA says:

Hey Carmen, I checked out your blog. I was going to leave a comment over there but had trouble signing in. It’s all good, though, they’ll see this I’m sure, Ha! Thanks for being a stand-up person who sees wrong where it actually exists and is willing to call it like she sees it.

      • Carmen Geditt says:

        Thanks Truly 😍

      • Mama Via says:

Sorry, Truly…second Friday of every month is my Star meeting…(am I the only Eastern Star here?) I try not to miss…tho sometimes it can’t be helped…cuz the minute you miss a meeting they vote you into some job you would have been able to avoid if you had just been there to protect yourself…I’d tell you more about it..but, it’s secret, you know, and if I tell ya, I gotta break your tongue, so you can’t tell anyone else!

Even there, to protect myself, I still got roped into a job…I think they do that so they are sure you show up…

        How was everyone else’s day?

The wind from Canada finally stopped blowing…it’s 39 right now…and will be really cold 61 degrees tomorrow…(that’s for your dog, Renae). Yall stay warm!

      • TrulyUSA says:

Hi Mama! You belong to a super secret organization? Cool! I always wanted to bust into one of those Goodfellow meetings, or perhaps a Mason meeting, but I was afraid they would “off” me!

      • Mama Via says:

Haha, Truly…yes, I’m a lady Mason! We were busy sacrificing bunny slippers last night!

      • TrulyUSA says:

        A VERY worthy cause! : )

  11. jackie moore says:

Hope you are well and good… rest up and then any trial you cover for us will b fun

  12. sandymetter says:

Kelly, I vote for Dahlia! She’s a real piece of work.

    Have a great weekend😀.

    Sandy

  13. Sherry says:

Have a good day off, Kelly. There’s a nice Chinook wind blowing here in Calgary so it’s nearly 10C here, unbelievably warm for February, so pack a light coat. 🙂

    • Sherlock1005 says:

Hi Sherry, I’m a fellow Albertan and live just a bit south of Calgary so we are all about the Chinooks down here too! Sometimes the really wild ones feel like they are going to rip your roof off…but it’s warm ! And it’s a wild one this morning 🙂

  14. Catherine says:

Hey Kelly, you definitely deserve a break. Nice and warm here, Houston, Texas area. No coat necessary… From my dogs, Lisey, Bully and Bella to yours renea. Joking, joking….love to all.

  15. BlueWhiteRed says:

Hey Kelly, hope a day away from the keyboard helps…..Mrs BWR has to stay out of state this weekend so I’ll try to kick something out in my fave famous felon (not Susan). Best, BWR

  16. Betty says:

I remember a couple years ago seeing the Dippolito crazy on a Cops episode…She’ll go down again…hell they got her on video…but then again ..it is Florida so could go either way…

  17. Connie Rust says:

Get some well deserved rest Kelly….we all can keep each other entertained in your absence. To you people who don’t need coats….bite me! Supposed to be a high of 2 here tomorrow….snowing now. Gawd I hate Ohio winters!! I tripped over the wiener dog’s nylabone yesterday and cracked my head on the corner of the fireplace….just call me Grace. Now I have a headache along with my back hurting more than usual from this fucking weather! Today is a cane/walker day. Pretty bad when I have to take my pain meds just go get out of bed in the morning! Think I’ll spend the day in the recliner in a drug induced euphoria lol.
Kelly….that Dalia trial would be a good one. I agree about the FL Justice system. Not sure I could watch another FL trial……

    • renaes24 says:

Just came in over the wire:
Extreme Cold Warning in effect for Toronto. Prolonged period of very cold wind chills expected. Down to -40 overnight.
Not a good thing. I am going to hibernate!

      • Connie Rust says:

Yikes….I thought we had it bad! Been snowing sideways all day. Wind is awful. I don’t even wanna know the wind chill right now. I feel bad for the dogs….at least I don’t have to go outside to pee.
Wonder if there will be AH court Monday. Those poor saps are supposed to get more feet of snow. You couldn’t pay me enough……

  18. Mia says:

I watched the Dippolito trial. She reminds me so much of Jodi Arias, thinking she could get away with it because she’s “too pretty” to go to jail. They had her dead to rights with the video! What is there to question about her guilt? It is unbelievable to me! From what I understand, she was sentenced to house arrest so why the f**k couldn’t she just thank her lucky stars, and the idiot judge who gave her basically a slap on the wrist for trying to have her husband killed, serve her time in the comfort of her mother’s home, and leave well enough alone! May her karma be that this time around, she is again found guilty but this time sentenced to “REAL TIME IN REAL PRISON”. The inmates will just love a pretty little thing like her! By the way, her husband was a pisser on the stand. Poor schmuck, he really loved her.

  19. Twister says:

Next case, Denny Hembree? He’s easy to find in Google, looks interesting.

  20. margaret says:

Anyone think the bankruptcy is coming now , as we hopefully get to end of trial, to try to keep Alexanders from getting anything in a civil suit. All of her donations are supposedly family controlled.. Maria has helped to hide it. Just thinking, don’t trust any of them at this point.
Kelly I hope you have gotten lots of rest and feel your chipper best. I feel like the DT will pull more devious acts to prevent this trial from finishing up on the judges time table.
Hope everyone in north is staying warm and safe.. -40 I can’t begin to imagine.

    • TrulyUSA says:

I think you may be right, Margaret. It would be make sense that if they want to deflect attention from their assets they would file bankruptcy. However, if it is discovered there are cash assets “hidden” from the bankruptcy court, there would repercussions for that. They are high profile enough I wouldn’t think they would try to scam the bankruptcy court, but you never know!

      • Ruthanne says:

Unless I’ve missed something, I heard her PARENTS filed for BK NOT her, so it doesn’t matter for her case or finances. She is an adult and they will try to find her money. If her money is ted up with theirs, they will look very thoroughly into all of it before doing anything.

  21. Mia says:

Hmmm, just wondering why a comment I posted 2 days ago is still awaiting moderation. I didn’t use any profanity.

  22. trulyusa says:

Regarding the next murder to cover, Kelly I suggest that you look at the best two or three and don’t tell us which one until you are ready to post the article. That way we don’t have “competitors” trying to “one up” everything you write. Good Lawdy I am tired of it all and I can only imagine how sick of it you are, too.

  23. Tyla says:

It’s been a few days – Has anyone heard from Kelly? Someone please comment and let us know how she is

  24. Connie Rust says:

    Anybody heard from Kelly?

  25. Mama Via says:

I haven’t heard from her since Sunday She said the infection was not better, and she was going to try to see the doctor today. If I hear from her, I will let you know…I’m just as worried

    • Ruthanne says:

Thanks Mama, I’ve been sick as a dog and came back to see how Kelly was doing and I’m a little concerned. Does anyone have any other way to get in touch with her? Or is the only thing we can do to wait for a post?

  26. Twister says:

😦 Please let her know we miss her and to take all the time she needs, we’ll be here when she feels better.

  27. Mama Via says:

I’m guessing either she’s really exhausted…or, she managed to see the doc…and he may have put her in hospital for treatment for that infection…in a way, I HOPE that happened…at least I’d rest easy, knowing she was being cared for. She will be okay, really, I just know it! She will touch base with us all soon!

    Love to all, mama

  28. TrulyUSA says:

I feel better knowing you heard from her Sunday, Mama. I am so pissed that she feels like she can’t discuss her health now. Makes me want to cuss like a sailor! Kelly, just know we are here for you!

  29. Samantha says:

Just sending some love! Miss you kelly!

  30. Mama Via says:

Well, she did not answer either of my emails yesterday….so using my best sherlockian skills…I surmise that she is in hospital getting treatment for her infection. She just WOULDNOT go 24 hours not answering e-mail–she would at LEAST say “I feel like crap, go away!” I also know she was coughing up yucky stuff…and that she felt bad enough to call her doctor! So don’t worry, my friends, she’s a really big mean girl doggie! Just send her love and healing thoughts!

  31. Schaeffer says:

Would anyone be offended if I started a topic thread just to keep the conversation lively while Kelly is indisposed? I’m thinking of “If you could ask WOBO about something that has really been bugging you throughout all this nonsense, and she absolutely had to tell the truth — like that would ever happen!! — what would it be?”

I would probably go with “How did the camera really end up in the washing machine? If it was intentional, did you think it would destroy the pictures or just your grimy DNA? If it was an accident, when did you realize you had screwed up big time and left it behind? Did you know where you had left it?”

    Anyone interested?

    ciao

    • TrulyUSA says:

Schaeffer I would be interested, but only with Kelly’s knowledge and permission, which might be hard to get right now.

      • Schaeffer says:

I agree, and I wouldn’t have dreamed of being so forward if I had not been working with Kelly on a couple of articles. However, if you think it’s best, I’ll withdraw the suggestion.

      • TrulyUSA says:

I’m pretty sure she would not mind, Schaeffer, and I’m not speaking for her, just giving my opinion. Especially since you were working with her on something else!

    • Connie Rust says:

I have always wondered about the camera too. I have always thought it was an accident. I think in her haste to clean up the scene she scooped up the camera with the laundry without realizing. Then she hurried out of the house and didn’t realize it was missing right away. Just my opinion…..

  32. Carmen Geditt says:

Thinking of you kelly, hope to read you soon! I’m having RBMD withdrawal! :/

    • trulyusa says:

You are loved and missed Kelly Mae!

    • Twister says:

Carmen, thank you for your words of support for Kelly re: that big mean bunny. I’ve wanted to respond to her, but she is just too mean for me. She’s a talented wordsmith, too bad she uses them to hurt people.

      • Carmen Geditt says:

Twister, My pleasure. There is no need for anyone to be so mean, I couldn’t just say nothing.

      • Mama Via says:

Carmen, there is enough meanness in the world, without adding to it purposely! My “mom” died suddenly of a cerebral hemmorage when I was 12, (she was 36) my dad (48) sister (20) and my nephew (3) died in an auto accident. I learned you can be here and healthy one day and not be here tomorrow…if I’m not going to be here tomorrow, I want to be remembered as someone who helped make the world a better place, not someone who made people miserable…We are all known for our words and actions…your words and actions speak volumes about your integrity and values, I hope to get to know you even more in the future. Job well done, Carmen!

      • Carmen Geditt says:

        Thank you MamaVia 😊

  33. Mama Via says:

Schaeffer, I think you cane up with a brilliant idea! I also believe that our Miss Kelly would NOT be offended, and that she would be proud of us for carrying on in her absence! She has worked so hard to make RBMD the haven it has become…we all know the trials of just the past few months! She and I had a long chat once about her going in to the hospital, and she wanted the conversation, the “fellowship” we’ve all been part of to flourish…therefore, I make the motion that we SHOULD follow schaeffers suggestion and start a topic thread! I believe the question “Why did the camera end up in the wash is a good one!” In my heart, I do not believe kelly would mind, but, if she does, I will take full responsibility. Let us carry on like a family does…she will be back soon!

  34. Mama Via says:

Does the arias trial resume today? Or is it tomorrow?

    • Schaeffer says:

Tomorrow. There was supposed to be a hearing at 8:30 today, but it was cancelled — quelle surprise.

  35. Mama Via says:

Why did the camera end up in the washer? After the murder, JA made an attempt to clean her DNA off of a few items,,including Travis…I THINK maybe she deleted the photos off the SIM card, then tossed the camera on the bed…went in and took a shower, pulled TRAVIS into the shower, and ran the water on him, in an attempt to remove her DNA from his body, then, she threw the sheets into the washer (not remembering the camera was there) and turned the washer on…I think she thought that by throwing water on the carpet, it would dilute HER DNA (where she cut her finger)….she knew her time was limited, because the roommates were going to be home…she did one last check, locked the door and left. I think she didn’t realize that she had left the camera at Travis’ house till she stopped to toss the gun and knife…it was then that she realized she left it…but…since she had deleted the photos, she didn’t worry…she continued on to “grind” with her next victim…I think that in spite of her mildly superior (hah!) IQ, she didn’t realize deleting doesn’t mean it’s gone…I think she was REALLY surprised that the police were able to retrieve those photos!

    • Connie Rust says:

My thoughts exactly Mama…I have never believed she put that camera in the washer on purpose. I don’t think she planned to make such a mess in her plan to kill him. I think she planned a cleaner attack with the gun but rage got the best of her. Then in her haste to clean up and get out she got sloppy.

  36. Schaeffer says:

I think I would also ask her, in as derisive a voice as I could manage,

“If you watched so many episodes of Law and Order and CSI, which you told Detective Flores you did during the interrogation, didn’t you ever notice the criminal always gets caught?”

  37. Tyla says:

I second the motion that we should follow schaeffers suggestion and start a topic thread ….. Love this idea.

My question might be …….. Did you shower off all the blood from Travis in the same shower where you put Travis?

    • Tyla says:

Sorry I hit “post” before I was finished ….. I want to wish Kelly healing and prayers and tons of hugs for her to get better – we miss you RBMD

    • trulyusa says:

That thought has always haunted me. As if the murder itself wasn’t evil enough!

    • Mama Via says:

THAT woman and her snake eyes gives me the heebie jibbies!

    • Schaeffer says:

I do believe she stood over his crumpled body in the shower. She made it a point to tell Detective Flores that Travis was very private about showering, he wouldn’t let anyone in the bathroom while he was in there, so it was yet another way for her to ignore his boundaries and do whatever she damn well pleased.

  38. Mama Via says:

ATTENTION, she was in hospital with pneumonia! Will update soon! Don’t worry…send happy thoughts, healing prayers…she’s fine!

    • Tyla says:

Thank you Mama Via – I’m sorry to hear she’s been so sick but being in the hospital where she got excellent care makes me feel better …… Kelly, my prayers continue and send hugs always

    • trulyusa says:

Oh thank goodness. Thanks Mama! I was worried! She’s still pretty sick, I’ve had pneumonia before and it hurts like hell. I did not have to be hospitalized so I can only imagine how badly she feels.

    • Mama Via says:

Thank you, Tyla and Truly! I used to get pneumonia every year, until I started getting the pneumonia shot…and quit smoking! I’m not sure how Canada is…but here, the docs don’t like to give you that p-shot until you are over 60! Dumb asses!

    • Sherry says:

Thanks so much for letting us know Mama! Glad she is going to be ok.

    • Connie Rust says:

Thanks for letting us know Mama. Pneumonia is no fun. I’ve had it twice now but wasn’t hospitalized. Of course I don’t get the shot and I still smoke….my own fault. I did get the shot this year as well as the flu shot. Got the flu anyway……

  39. Lisa Walker says:

Kelly take some time for yourself. You put so much hard work into this blog. You deserve some me time. Ya know we love ya. I also want to thank you for the special little snowflake phrase. Hands down my favorite.
