I am going to soooooooo nag the hell out of you! You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!

    • reallybigmeandog says:

Yes Renae: I promise to follow all orders from now on. I accept my warning. I know I have been a really idiotic RBMD Going to bed now: You were also right Going to get hooked up tomorrow . I love you ….Um, are we good now or do I need to keep apologizing?

      • Mama Via says:

        We were always ok!

      • renaes24 says:

No apologies needed. I did some checking thru my husband (who used to deal with disability issues and social services in job placement when he worked for a ‘training school’) and yes, the service to provide you with the IV medication should be free for you. He listed a batch of acronyms that it falls under (none of which my American ears totally understood) Any further questions: send them along via email and I will get you the answers. Now….get some rest….get some drugs into you (yeah, sorry they ain’t the good kind) and pile on the blankets. Nurses’ Order!

  5. Carmen Geditt says:

So good to hear from you. Get plenty of rest. I’ll help you out by writing the blog for tomorrow. Court called to order at 9:45a. Nnnnuuurrrrmmmiii sssaaaiiiddd blah, blah, blah, blah. Court dismissed.

  9. Laurie says:

Take care and get better Kelly! Hugs….

  11. Bazzethound says:

So glad you touched base with us. I was beginning to worry about you. Feel better. We’ll be here.

  12. Mama Via says:

I KNOW my uni doesn’t fit anymore! A lot of changes in this old body over the last 40 years…everything on this once size 6 body (now MUCH LARGER) is 4 to 12 inches lower than it was when I was 24 (and childless)…the idea of the year 2000 never entered my mind…and because my “mom” died at 36, my sister at 20, my dad at 48…I never thought about being “elderly”, never imagined being over 60…-and the only time I’m forced to face my age is when my son comes to visit…at 40, he has more grey hair than I do, and more worry lines…he seems to be getting older…but I don’t FEEL any older…except when all my bones ache…

Tell mrs. blue I said hello…hugs to you both

    • BlueWhiteRed says:

Mama, you are one sweet lady. I deleted my uniform comment because I thought I sounded like a self-proclaimed super hero. Which I am not. Thank you for your care and concern. I hope you don’t mind my nomination for you, below!
Mrs. BWR was sad she missed you earlier!

      • Mama Via says:

Mrs. blue is a lucky lady! I bet you both make a wonderful couple…and you already know I love you a bushel & a peck, Blue! I see this as a new world, sponsored by the Internet…when Gramma and Grampa met, they “ran off” to get married, so it would be “secret”…they went a whole 12 miles! My dad did better, he met his “soul-mate” at the Officers Club…and I met my DH on eHarmony! I would never have met him in any other way! I don’t drink, go to bars or hang out with hunters…he doesn’t go to Quilt Shows, the Yarn Shoppe or Eastern Star Meetings…so, the chances of meeting him “naturally” were a quadrillion to one…it just wasn’t going to happen…the same goes for all of us here…without the Internet, none of us would have had the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas!

I used to stay with my Great-grandmother after school if I had an “event” to attend…she would talk to me about how her life was…when she was “my” age…she remembered seein her first “horseless carriage”…”oh, how noisy! It scared the horses!” And how her father had hidden black folks in the basement of the church during the day…they had made their way up from Misouri (a slave state) into Iowa, (a free state) and were on their way to Chicago! C”and just to think” she said “they just landed a man on the moon!”

I kinda think that way, too…I remember going to a 1-room school building, our first TV, and my first “dream computer” cost $4000 and had a 5 1/2 inch floppy and a 3 1/2 floppy, and more “room” on the hard drive than I’d EVER need! (Yea!) oh, and one of those NEW Amber screens! The only people with car phones were lawyers and real estate agents…

Now, the world is open to us…we can chat with people we would never dream of chatting with! (And, sadly, some people we wouldn’t want to meet in a dark alley!)

Sometimes I think that the best thing to do with some of those things living under the bridge…is just to sit on your fingers…and not answer with that comment you want to say so badly…you can’t make sense with someone who is either deranged, or who is so positive that they are right, their ears have closed.

Although there ARE some that are VERY entertaining…Several of us have explained that it isn’t “baited breath” it’s “bated breath”…easily googled…so easy to says oopsie…yet, this person is still continues with “breath BAITED!” Bet my son would be willing to have the person as a tag-a-long for the fishing trip! Nope…I’m not gonna explain it…I have enough trouble just getting my son not to say AXE…

  13. BlueWhiteRed says:

I am SO glad you’re all right. I really would vote Mama or Renae to be Ross’ go-to contacts. I need to know he can get a hold of someone anytime. With the boys, work and my own needs, it would devastate me to not be there for you.

  14. shyloh says:

Glad you are ok. Keep getting better every day!!!!!

  15. Mama Via says:

    Good morning, everyone!

    • renaes24 says:

Morning dearie……I will be gone for a good portion of this afternoon and early evening as I have to go across to the US to do some work. Hopefully, when I get back, someone can fill me in on what transpired today. (Since it is Dr Spill & Burp, I expect it is “Cycle of Violence” blah, blah. blah…”Jodi was a victim”…blah, blah, blah, “She had low self esteem” (pardon me while I wipe the soda I spewed) blah, blah, blah….nothing interesting happened today.
Currently, I have to get going……right after I take the boiling bunny off the stove.
      See ya later!

      • trulyusa says:

Morning Renae! I think that bunny you have been boiling smells a lot like pork!

      • Mama Via says:

This little pig had rabbit, this little pig did not, this little pig went to Prada, this little pig got crabs….everywhere there’s little piggies, playing piggy pranks, everywhere there’s lots of piggies, telling piggie lies!

    • TrulyUSA says:

      Morning Mama! Love you all!

      • renaes24 says:

Back from my work. Since I notice that Doc Giggles is still on, I am going for a nap. I will assume he is just continuing to de-edify the entire prosecution. Nothing noteworthy happening today.

  16. Schaeffer says:

What is the big damn deal with the questions on those psych tests? Are they implying Juan Martinez is dying to give up the law to open a psych testing center if only he can get his hands on the test questions? I can understand not putting them on display in the courtroom, but hiding them from the prosecutor on the case? Is Geffner swearing he has never shown the questions to any member of the defense? His obsession with this goes beyond simple copyright issues.

    • TrulyUSA says:

Schaeffer, I tried to figure this out, too, but eventually gave up because I had a headache from banging my head against the wall.

      • Schaeffer says:

The way Geffner keeps reiterating that “only the eyes of licensed psychologists” can look at the questions is just odd. Is he the copyright holder on some of these tests?

    • TrulyUSA says:

No doubt! According to his testimony, if you were a student you could not study these tests until you were a licensed psychologist! Ridiculous!

  17. Lisa Walker says:

So sorry you’re not feeling well. Take your time get back on your feet. We will all be waiting for you. I had my second neck surgery on Monday so I will be back at work soon and buy one of your mugs. P.s. I do have documentation on the surgery. Love ya kiddo. Your true friends will always be here for you.

  18. renaes24 says:

Well, it appears that Dr G-string put EVERYONE to sleep. Haven’t seen twitter so dead in a long time.

  19. margaret says:

I was so relieved to hear from you, I wish we could all visit and bring the chicken soup to help you feel better. Please take as long as you need to feel better and we will all be waiting. The trial now is just about goofner trying to discredit DeMarte . I would love to see her debate him. I wish she would come to court and sit on front row in front of goofner. He would sill his water all day long..Get Well Dear Kelly.

  20. Mama Via says:

Anyone heard anything from Miss K? Did she go back to hospital?

  21. Schaeffer says:

Lance Armstrong was recently ordered to pay $10 million to the company who paid his bonuses when he won the Tour de France by cheating, and then repeatedly lying about it, both in and out of court. In their ruling, the arbitration panel said,

“Perjury must never be profitable,” the panel said in its ruling. “Justice in courts of law and arbitration tribunals is impossible when parties feel free to deliberately deceive judges or arbitrators… Deception demands real, meaningful sanctions.”

Hmmmmmmmm . . . I can think of several people who should heed this advice, including Judge Stephens. I wonder if the defense and their merry band of liars have a general delivery address at the courthouse, or if there are rooms reserved for them at the Estrella Jail, which is where they belong.

  22. Mama Via says:

ATTENTION! Miss Kelly is still not feeling too hot, so she is taking another day to rest…I’m trying to put together a little blog about death row visits..l(because no, I cant STFU!).

If anyone wants to contact me, use my name here…no space between…and add (at) icloud(dot)com!

  23. TrulyUSA says:

    Thanks so much Mama!

  24. renaes24 says:

Kelly, Pardon me if I use this space to answer some info.
We have a batch of conspiracy idiots that troll and troll and a little knowledge is a (legally) dangerous thing. To answer off all their little questions and nefarious theories, here are the answers. (I doubt they will be juicy but they can swallow em dry for all I give a damn.)
#1) I am an AMERICAN nurse who LIVES in Canada
#2) I work for the US Gov handling MEDICARE/MEDICAID errors in billing and or coding errors and fraud.
#3) I do 90% of my work from home and have done so since I am semi-retired.
#4) Miss Kelly lives about a hundred miles away from where I do (However, I do live close to Christine…..hmmm.could have driven over and just GIVEN her the info…but it helps her remain more relevant to have ‘brain-farts’ ‘inventions’ and conspiracies’ as FACTS do not seem to matter…..they don’t drive her clicks up!)
    a) I know, I know….I just blew out another ‘brain fart’ like when
the same group tried to link THIS Kelly with another who
lived even further away …….so they obviously don’t know
geography and their math is sloppy too
#5) I offered to SPEAK to a drug detail rep and ASK about the “lowest possible pricing” for a drug. This was a drug
WITH a RX. This was not picking up said drug nor
delivering said drug. This was checking pricing.
#6) I offered OPINION on a better delivery method for another
drug (which was also said to be prescribed). I checked first
with my husband who has worked with the St Leonards Society
and with the John Howard Society in the past, to get info
on what is paid for by the government insurances and disability
here in Ontario since I am NOT CANADIAN and was unsure.
When I had the answer, I gave it.
#7) Since I spent most of my ‘driving’ years in NEVADA and TEXAS
and SAN FRANCISCO and HONOLULU…….I don’t drive in
snow because my snow driving abilities ARE FOR SHIT!
#8) The weather here is crappy. There has been at least some
snow or snow-squalls almost daily. (We live between 2 Great
Lakes and right off Lake Ontario by only about 5 blocks) I
am NOT ABOUT to drive 100 miles (each way) .
Now, to those that were printing ‘conspiracy theories’ about all this:
(and yes, I have DOCUMENTATION for all of it)

    • Mama Via says:

Good for you!!! Well done! Anyone who REALLY knows anything already KNEW the TRUTH…but far be it for us people who are also NOT JOURNALISTS to actually ASK a QUESTION prior to reporting yet more bullship gossip!!

      Love to you Renae’

    • TrulyUSA says:

Good Grief, Renae, are they bullying you now, too? Where will it end! It’s downright harassment at this point. All these inuendos with NO evidence and for what reason? Insanity is the only thing I can think of! I do believe by now there is enough evidence for someone to file a case. Do we have any attorneys in our audience?

      • renaes24 says:

I had enough the moment some comments were made that hinted at damaging my Nursing License. THAT’S IT. I don’t play. Next up will be legal action. In the US it would be a lawsuit but in Canada, it raises to the level of criminal.

      • Mama Via says:

We have your back, 100% Renae!

      • renaes24 says:

Thank you! Next, Christine will accuse me of egging her house….eh, excuse me…..her COMPOUND. (It is not a compound…..at least as I know one..) I think she means a place with one BIG house and a smaller one on the same property like a mother-in-law suite or maids quarters that are separate structure

      • Mama Via says:

When someone mentioned where she lived, CHRISTINE answered (in her oh, so charming way): As far as where I live, not that it is anyone’s business, but there is no such thing as a dump in the town that I live in, which is one of the wealthiest towns in Canada, as you know. I also don’t live in an apartment. I live in a house on a family compound in a high tax base. And yes I do live with family because unlike others that lie everywhere they go online, I actually do have safety concerns and a history with unsafe or unstable people like yourself. I also have a child has special needs. This area has a low crime rate and is a good neighborhood that I grew up in, another reason we choose, and are blessed, to live in the prettiest town in Canada. I also have older family members on this same compound that need able bodied adults around for daily life assistance. It’s called helping family. Something you might know about if you didn’t lie so regularly about your own. Again, not that it’s anybody’s business, but, unlike the liars amongst us, I don’t have a problem putting my name beside these statements, because they are the truth.

      • renaes24 says:

Aw Gee! Ain’t that a shame. I could have met up with her at the Irish Tea Room except it was still under renovation as of about a week ago. Too cold to go out there now

      • Mama Via says:

With all those people she’s caring for, she probably couldn’t go…she barely has time to fake up rumors on Twitter about you!

      • TrulyUSA says:

Probably more likely the truth of the matter is that she can’t handle life on her own. Her poor parents probably have to take care of her child because she is so busy destroying other people’s lives. I’m very sure that’s the reason she is paranoid, she has made so many enemies she has good reason to be frightened. I’m appalled at her total lack of humility. She is going to go down hard one of these days, and deservedly so.

      • Mama Via says:

Truly….at the expense of feeding the rabbits. (& company) I’m gonna go another Gramma says…”You can’t plant rhubarb and expect to grow corn!” If all you have in your pathetic little life is hatred, paranoia and a gangrenous tongue, you will attract others with those qualities. (Birds of a feather-or JackALopes)…..I have to wonder…does the “compound” where she lives have armed guards, keeping the inmates IN? My DeathRow Pen Pal lives in a “high tax base” “compound”!!!

      • renaes24 says:

Mama, That deserves a hoot and a holler! I found only one line of her description of the town noteworthy: it IS pretty…….but not necessarily the prettiest in Canada…..She failed to mention that the Americans burned it about a hundred years ago…..probably because even then, it was pretentious as all get out! I think she has worn out her pom-poms…….’too old in the tooth”………

      • Mama Via says:

Well, according to Queen Elizabeth (and I’m not planning on arguing with HER) GODERICH is the prettiest town in Canada…who am I to argue with the wealthiest woman in the U.K? (And SHE doesn’t live in a “compound”, SHE lives in a CASTLE! SEVERAL of them!….although I HAVE questioned the mental acuity of a few of her offspring!)

    • Carmen Geditt says:

Any normal person could see in your original comment that you were giving advice only. Everything else was concocted from twisted minds, gossip machine, rumor mill…so ridiculous. Unbelievable that a reporter would be involved in promoting falsehoods about a neighbor without checking her facts! Nobody asked anyone for money or medication. Serious allegations indeed.

      • Mama Via says:

No, a REPORTER or JOURNALIST wouldn’t…but a gossip-monger and rumor-starter WOULD! (All for a few extra “readers”? Sounds like catfishing to me…)

      • TrulyUSA says:

This is just vile and disgusting behavior. Renae, you have every right to be outraged at this juvenile behavior. Sick!

      • renaes24 says:

Well, I sure won’t hold my breath for an apology…..but I have booked time with an attorney.

      • TrulyUSA says:

It’s time for them to stop this! If they can’t stop themselves then perhaps a good attorney can stop them. Hell, I’ll contribute to the Stop the Bullying Attorney Fund!

      • Leslea says:

I 100% agree with Carmen. This stuff is so childish. I read the comment they’re twisting. I read it as getting information for a friend. Nothing illegal or sinister. I could give a f*ck about their nonsense! Im following this phase of trial alone(& with you guys:)).I read more than I tweet. It’s hard to keep up. Thats why I LOVE Kelly’s blog! I even donate! Take that!! That bs is just plain jealousy.
I watched the SHE’S GUILTY part with a fb page. Thankfully, I picked the right people to follow then, too.lol Some have become great friends. I appreciate all of the tweets & a couple blogs.
*On the other crazies, I can’t believe what people will do to draw attention to themselves. These people know JA as well as you & I do. That says alot about them, to me.LOL

Mama Via, I love reading every one of your comments!!! Are you on twitter? You’re kind, witty & smart! Plus, you “get it”. I always agree with you.

        Get well soon Kelly!

      • trulyusa says:

Haha Renae! No doubt she feels pretty, oh so pretty, oh so pretty and witty and GAY — maybe she’s got the hots for Bunny and Tie. It would certainly seem that way!

      • renaes24 says:

        Name: Kill the Wabbits
        Rating: 75.0 / 100 based on 11395 votes
Objective: The wabbits are nice and fluffy little creatures but they like to invade all sorts of places. In this action game, you must kill the wabbits to put up an end to this.

      • TrulyUSA says:

Eventually they will die out, no male bunny is going to come near her!!!!

      • Mama Via says:

Thank you, Leslea…you are very kind! Truly-no self-respecting jackrabbit would go near that intemperate psudons-rodent…albeit, my French Bulldog would shred that irregular slipper in less than a minute…that’s why we say he has “the jaws of death”! “Indestructible” doggie Chews last less than 2 minutes!

      • I was shocked at all the broad accusations and demanding answers to personal questions that are no one’s BUSINESS! And FYI, I never knew Kelly’s personal challenges when I started reading her awesome blog.
I donated for no other reason than that I love her brilliant writing, and believe she deserves compensation for her talent. She always gives great blog; worth every penny. 🙂
Miss you, girl…and hope you’re back in fine form again soon. ❤

    • Sherry says:

What the “H-E double hockey sticks” (as my momma used to say) is this not-a-reporter’s problem? Why can’t she just get a life and leave others alone? I don’t get it or her.

      • renaes24 says:

I think, perhaps, the ‘journalist’ (who is, in actuality just a blogger), is trying to re-create a childhood she obviously missed out on. Too bad she is too ‘long in the tooth’ to make that really happen. 🙂

      • Mama Via says:

Well….it’s easy to act like a child when you are “long in the tooth” if you (and your child) still live at home with mama and daddy…and the only job you can get says “don’t consider this a job-it’s not!” (Her mama didn’t teach her how to say “would you like fries with that, Sir?” when she was 16). (When Son was 16, I was telling him: “son, mama birds push baby birds out of the nest, screaming “FLY, Little Bird, FLY!” And he has been a wage-earning, productive member of society ever since!). I am planning on living to 95, and only kicking off after I spend every last dime I have! Who am I to deprive my son of saying “I earned every dime I ever had…mama didn’t pay MY way!” My greatest joy was to watch my “fledgling” grow into a graceful, beautiful bird. He has self-esteem, pride of ownership, and his successes are HIS…not mine. THAT is a gift every parent should give their child, encourage self-sufficientcy, not entitlement!

  25. Mama Via says:

ATTENTION: Miss Kelly is feeling better! She’s getting antibiotics twice a day, and I think she’s feeling a bit better! So send helping vibrations her way! Thanks!

    • Sherry says:

Thanks for keeping us updated Mama. Sending as many helping vibrations and warm thoughts as I can. Miss you Kelly

  26. Twister says:

    I miss Kelly.

  27. margaret says:

So glad to know Kelly is getting her meds and is beginning to feel better. I miss her too.. Take as long as you need to get really strong , Kelly so that it won’t sneak back in on you again.

Anyone can use the “goofner”, I really wanted to say Goofy, but I happen to like goofy the dog ,and would not want to disgrace his name in that way. Do those “experts” have no morals? Makes me wonder about the other people in goofners administration. Is anyone listening to him, la violet, samuels and von seco? They should all be run out of town.

  28. hbbeachbun says:

Glad to hear Kelly is doing better. Thanks for the update Mama
    Looking forward to your blog.

  29. Thanks so much for the update; I was getting worried too, Hope Kelly is feeling better and I miss her blog entries.
These rumor mongers can kiss my ass.

    • trulyusa says:

Okay, that was good, I feel better now!!!!!

      • renaes24 says:

Didn’t get a chance to reply to your post about ‘witty and gay’. Have been doing some reading and you are not the first to come up with that! Hmmmmmmmm
Interesting, but I think she just wants to ‘rah, rah’ for the Mean Girls club.

      • Mama Via says:

I feel pretty, oh so pretty…I feel pretty, and witty and gay….
And I pity..any girl who isn’t me today!,,

  30. TrulyUSA says:

Yes, no doubt she is just playing out her long-denied fantasy of being a cheerleader!

  31. Sherry says:

I get teenage girls being mean, hormones and body image and all that crap boiling around in their bodies, but a grown woman? Nope don’t get that at all.

As far as the trail though, the best part of goofner being on the stand is the way Juan got him to admit he was the bumbling, giggling fool that we all know he is. It was beautiful.

    • renaes24 says:

I can only hope that the prosecution does half as good a job on Dr Sexpert……Yesterday afternoon cross was a thing of beauty!

      • Connie Rust says:

Juan’s cross of Dr. Sexpert was really good last time. I have no doubt he will not disappoint.
We are under yet another Winter Storm Warning tonight and tomorrow….several inches of snow plus freezing rain/ice. This is not funny anymore! I woukd like one of those ‘global warming enthusiasts’ to come shovel the ice out of my driveway!

      • renaes24 says:

I hear you! I am handing out Styrofoam cups to burn. I want everyone to burn at least 10 so we can kick-start this “warming”

      • Connie Rust says:

Great idea Ranae…I hacpve a couple garbage bags full of styrofoam peanuts (I hate it when I get pkgs with those things!). Think I’ll go set them on fire.

    • Mama Via says:

      Well…some older women are subjects to attracts of “MENTAL-pause”…they can’t help it…they have effed-up genetics…and effed-up whore-moans

  32. BlueWhiteRed says:

Mama, I can write a blog tonight/Sat (not re trial recap but of hopeful interest). If you need to post anything such as a blog, let me know).

    • Mama Via says:

Sounds great, Blue, I think that’s a great idea…I had one half-assed in the can…but life interrupted my best intentions..

Would you please do one…Schaeffer I think is doing one…and I’m doing one…that should give miss kelly a week to recover and be back to herself again! We love your guest spots Blue…love to you and the lovely Mrs, Nlue!

  33. Mama Via says:

ATTENTION! Just got a note from our Supreme Commander and Goddess in Charge of The Universe…her white cells with the assistance of antibiotics are making advances against the Enemy, Yuck and Gunk! It’s a long slow battle, but Roma wasn’t built in a day, and walking pneumonia and the boogie woogie Flu weren’t overcome in a day either! She’s doing well, getting enough rest, and getting antibiotics twice a day! So, keep loving and healing thoughts going her way!

    Love to all!

  34. sorry to hear your sick Kelly, get better sooner..sending healing vibes your way!! take care!

  35. Brandy says:

Wanted to let you know that the other secret court docs have been released! You can find them on Juans facebook page or Joey Jacksons page. Great read!

  36. Brandy says:

It is all the private convo’s that went on in the Judge’s Chambers regarding Stabby not wanting to testify in front of people and the media. These were the pages the duhfense did not want to get out there because it shows Stabby whining and complaining about so called death threats and so much more. You will def have a good laugh reading that lying, manipulating psycho’s fears in her own words.

    • trulyusa says:

Yep, it’s all, I’m a victim, everybody is mean to me, they are threatening to kill me (such irony) and that is wrong and bad and you have to make them stop, sniffle sniffle. Juan was great though! He brought in a lot of things, like the questions we’ve been asking, how can she ask for privacy and limit the media when she is trying to control the meeting by tweeting! Also, he indicated that MDLR was tweeting information to Michael Keifer — I knew he was getting inside information from someone over there. There’s lots more it’s really good stuff! But some of it is boring and it is pretty long.

      • Mama Via says:

AND….can you BELIEVE one of TRAVIS’ friends wants to put a bullet “right between her eyes”? I can’t! Cuz we are all taking the Deanna Ried “high road”….right?

  37. Brandy says:

sorry, forgot to add, that if you scroll down a few articles from the top of Juan’s FB page, they have posted just those pages so you don’t have to go through the whole thing, also an article there about Stabby creating a Flickr account in Travis’s name a few days before she murdered him.

  38. Brandy says:

Hi renaes! Your welcome! 🙂 Forgot to mention that Paul 13 juror has his new post from yesterday too on the same page. Great read as well! we have enough to read and keep us busy for awhile. Hope Kelly feels better real soon. thanks for sending it to her!

  39. Joe Santos says:

    Feel better Kelly. Big hug.

  40. Deb says:

Leslea, well said, my dear! ITA…

  41. Deb says:

Kelly, I want you to feel well enough to start kickin’ ass again…miss you and your incomparable wit/way with words…but as you can see, the solids are keeping it real here ❤

  42. Connie Rust says:

OMG I couldn’t even finish reading that secret transcript. I will summarize it for anyone who hasn’t read it yet…or doesn’t want to.
“waaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh”. Yep that’s it…all 60 pages of it. I’m so mad at JSS I could spit nails! She is a disgrace to the judicial system for allowing the court to be manipulated like that. JA and Nurmi both knew JSS would allow it and that she would be overturned when the media appealed. They still got what they wanted. JA got to spew her lies to the jury without cross examination. I believe that was the end game the whole time. They knew they had to roll the dice on how much she would get out before the appellate court stopped it but she still won. JSS is taking her fear of appeal issues to a whole new level. Did she really think JA would be granted an appeal because she was too nervous to testify in public? No court on the planet would grant an appeal based on that crap. I hope JSS’ career on the bench is over after this. She doesn’t even deserve to preside over traffic court.
Oh I can’t wait to hear Kelly’s take on this.

    • Carmen Geditt says:

      Hahaha connie “waaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh.!” 😀

    • Twister says:

I think I read somewhere on Joey Jackson’s page that that JSS is slated to preside over another death penalty case after this. The defendant is a member of a violent skin head gang. AND Wilmont is the attorney. Anyone else see that? Think I’ll try to follow that since my retirement date is next Fri _ I’ll have more time _ yay!

  43. Feel better, Kelly! I haven’t been around here long but I, too, miss reading your posts!

  44. TrulyUSA says:

I got a note from Kelly and she sounds strong and on the come-back train! It won’t be long before she is kicking ass again! Hooray!

  45. margaret says:

I have just finished the biggest pile of BS reading ever. I can picture numbutts and wilma acting out their charade of lies to JSS in that superior tone they can adopt. Keiffer should lose his job for his participation with cha cha. Of all the news media in Phoenix allof the perverts will only go to that one to try to get to jodi.. BS. Evidently jodi has convinced her team that they too are as smart as jodi.. I have read several articles Keiffer has written and he has a bias a mile wide against Juan. That so called newsman has been saying all along that jodi case was not a death penalty case. He has joined the ranks of her ex jury foreman. I have never seen such a bunch of liars. No one wants to see her shot between the eyes, because seeing her sweat on death row is more satisfying. Hell is making room for 5 more today.
So glad to hear Kelly is getting stronger and I can’t wait to hear her set these people straight ,as only she can do.

    • Mama Via says:

Yes, amazing how they argue with DeMartes diagnosis, but it sure comes in handy when she’s “too nervous to answer honestly”…well, no, not that…you KNOW *i* wouldn’t LIE on the stand! (Is my nose growing? She asks)

  46. Mama Via says:

Connie-I saw somewhere that you are still smoking stickies…just thought I’d tell you than on jan 9th I celebrated my THIRD year cigarette free! I use an electronic vaporizer. It’s been a SAVIOR for me! Please connect with me if you want more information…I’d be glad to assist you…I tried every known way–even Chantix…nothing but vaping helped! Take care!

    • TrulyUSA says:

This may not work for everyone, but hypnosis worked for me. Not a single cigarette in 10 years and I had a 35 year habit. It did not make the urgings disappear, but it made them manageable. It’s more guided meditation. It worked for me! I can sit near someone smoking and it doesn’t bother me.

      • Connie Rust says:

Congrats to you too Truly. I’ve heard other people have had success with hypnosis for both smoking and weight loss. I think hypnosis just depends on the person like everything else. What works for some may not work for others. You and Mama found what works for you and you did it!

      • Mama Via says:

I can’t stand the smell…I’m worse than a reformed alcoholic! I used to think all those little old ladies gagging and choking and coughing were just being dramatic…but now, I have to try really hard not to be one of them! If I get a good whiff of smoke, it kicks up my COPD…and I can’t breathe! Actually, I’m grateful that it affects me that way…I STILL have thoughts about smoking…if it smelled “good” to me, like it used to…it would be easy to light up again…I LIKED it, I liked the ritual, the accessories…nothing better than a cuppa in the morning in my special cup, my ciggies, and sit out on the patio in the morning sun watching people going to work! Now it’s a vape and my 1/2 cuppa!

Hypnosis worked for my weight once…maybe I should try that again! Hypnotize my back into not hurting so I can walk around the block!

    • prefertobeanon2 says:

      Mama, what kind of vaporizer?

      • Mama Via says:

I’m using a ProVari with a Kanger AeroTank Mega. With NicoTicket Creme Brûlée. Son uses some fancy contraption for a battery with a K-fun that he coils & wicks himself…and vapes whatever mama buys to try (and hates)! Are you a vaper, Prefer? After the initial purchase of my ProVari, and tanks, my monthly maintenance costs are very cheap…about 60ml of juice a month (between $28-$44) and a box of coils ($13)…so, less to vape all month than 1 carton (1 week) of cigarettes. I save $150 a month on cigarettes, and God knows what on health costs…I haven’t been sick in three years! No colds, no flu…nothing (knock on wood)

      • TrulyUSA says:

My hubby uses a vaporizer, I don’t know anything about it but it keeps him from the cigarettes and I’m good with that. Its got to be an improvement over 20 cigs a day.

    • Connie Rust says:

Thanks Mama…I have tried the e-cigs if that’s what u mean by vaporizer. I was using them when I couldn’t smoke so wasn’t trying to quit. My problem is I don’t want to quit….so nothing I do will stop me until I make up my mind that I’m done. Just like losing weight. Until I made up my mind I wanted to lose no diet worked. After I made up my mind I lost 40lbs and kept it off. I have used the nicotine patch but I just ripped it off and lit up lol.
Congrats to you for making it 3 years…that’s quite an accomplishment. They say quitting smoking is harder than quitting heroine…and alcohol. Good for you!!

      • Mama Via says:

You are right, you won’t quit until you want to! My breaking point was walking up one tiny flight of stairs, getting into bed, and then…not being able to get air into my lungs…I felt like I was drowning! Son THINKS he gave me the reason, his SO was pregnant, and son said I could not hold the baby as long as I smoked…and then he gave me my first e-cig. (I never did get a chance to hold my grandbaby…his mother was a chronic prescription drug abuser, and she accidentally killed her dumb-ass self and Eli, trying to cop a cheap high. We knew she took prescription drugs, we didn’t know she was abusing them, and being a chronic dumb ass!). So, if it gives meaning to Elijah’s life that he managed to get Gramma to quit smoking, I’m not going to argue it. I know of nothing worse than having to bury your child; except perhaps trying to console your adult child when he buries HIS child….there are just no words….

Lots of people try e-cigs and don’t like them, usually a change in the e-liquid used, or a change in the battery will bring success…a “vaporizer” doesn’t look like a cigarette, has better batteries inside, more sophisticated “tanks” hold the E-liquid…but, just like smoking, taste is subjective…that’s why there are so many brands available! There are literally THOUSANDS of e-liquids available…right now, I’m hooked on one that tastes like Creme Brûlée…killing two birds with one stone…desert and vaping at the same time! Yummy!

  47. Ecig been a saver for me..almost a year now! love cookies n cream..sweet dark flavors! no more cough, shortness of breath, stinkies, having to go outside…hubby (non smoker) loves the sweet aroma my vape leaves! took a lot of “trial n error”..but once you find your right equipment and your preferred “adv” (all day vape) you’re laughing! 🙂 one of my issues was with the “pg”..had to switch to all natural vg!

    • this after having been a smoker for over 40 yrs! eek!

    • Connie Rust says:

Mama…I don’t like all the e-cig flavors. That’s why I never pursued it. Do they make a vaporizer liquid that tastes like Virginia Slims? If I’m going to replace my coffin nails with something else it needs to taste like what I’m giving up.

      • Mama Via says:

Yes and no, Connie…there are tobacco favors available…BUT NOTHING is going to taste like a cigarette, except a cigarette! There’s more than just tobacco in your cigarette…there are over 4000 chemicals, including formaldehyde, in what you inhale. It’s not so much the nicotine your body craves, but those dammed addictive chemicals! Go to GiantVapes(dot)com and take a look, that’s a good place to start for e-liquid. When you are ready to take a step and get equipment, I’ll find you the best price for a good “starter kit”. At GV, look to see what liquids you find interesting, and I’ll see where we can find sample size bottles, ok?

    • Mama Via says:

Yes, I didn’t quit soon enough! I started in 1967! But the changes in the past 3 years has been amazing! I couldn’t understand why my entire family had “peaches & cream” complexion, and I was so “olive”–I was just tar & nicotine color! Now, I’m “peaches n cream” too, my skin is brighter, and clearer, I breathe better, I have more energy, food tastes different, I don’t have burn holes in my clothing and my car, my car doesn’t stink, and neither do I! Even my hair looks nicer! Oh, and I’m not as sick as I used to get! This is my third year with no cold, pneumonia or flu! (Knock wood!). Congrats on your Vaperversary, Joanne! I started with a coffee & tobacco flavor (which I can’t STAND now…but the sweet, dark flavors are my favorites too! I occasionally like a creamy fruit, milked strawberrys or raspberries and cream…but last 6 months I’ve been on a custard and Creme brulee kick…new juices always being developed! Baker Vapor has BEST prices, I used them when I was buying for my son, my sister/cousin and myself…but now that I’m just buying for myself, I use NicoTicket and GiantVapes, what’s your favorite vape place Joanne? What battery do you use?

CONGRATS to your hubby, Truly! Anything to stay away from stickies!
