Computer Problems

October 13, 2015

Some driver is going in my computer so I am only getting extremely sporadic connection right now. Not ignoring comments, but I won’t be able to answer them all and don’t want anyone to think I was ignoring them. Hopefully will be fixed soon. Love you all.

Mama Asked That This Be Posted, And Reading It I See Why

September 25, 2015

For almost 22 years, they waited and wondered what had happened to their 23-year-old daughter and sister missing from her North Jacksonville home after her purse and her car were found near the airport.
But when DNA tests identified skeletal remains found in the backyard of Bonnie Lynn Haim’s former home on Dolphin Avenue as her, investigators had their first piece of new evidence in a very cold case.
That led to Monday’s arrest of husband Michael Ray Haim in Waynesboro, N.C., on a murder charge, tying up another loose end of an investigation that started with weeks of searching for her body in January 1993.
Bonnie Haim’s father, Robert Pasciuto, said the family didn’t have “anything to say at the moment” when reached about the developments. Bonnie and Michael Haim’s son, now Aaron Fraser, wouldn’t comment yet either, according to his family.
On a Facebook page set up by sister Liz Mahoney Peak to seek leads on Bonnie’s disappearance, words of thanks were printed an hour after police announced the arrest.
“Thank you for your patience, love and support as we close one chapter of Bonnie Pasciuto Haim’s story and open another,” it said.
Sheriff’s Office Director Mike Bruno announced the arrest at a Tuesday news conference, standing with State Attorney Angela Corey and Robbie Hinson, the original homicide detective in the case. Bruno said Michael Haim, 49, will be extradited back to Jacksonville to go to trial.

He’s been residing in North Carolina with family,” Bruno said. “… There are still some elements to put together, but ultimately we had the probable cause and based on the information through 20-plus years and detective Hinson’s work, we were able to build this case.”
Hinson worked the case initially as a Sheriff’s Office homicide detective and now as a State Attorney’s Office investigator.
“We used every resource we could to bring it to conclusion,” he said. “… I am really thankful and grateful that the good Lord let me see this to its completion.”
Bonnie Haim was a computer analyst who had been married to her husband about five years. Their son, Aaron, was 3 at the time of her disappearance.
Michael Haim told police that he and his wife had an argument the night of Jan. 6 and that she had left their Dolphin Avenue home just north of the Trout River the next day. Hours later, a clerk at a motel near Jacksonville International Airport found her purse in a trash bin, then her Toyota Camry was found abandoned at the airport.
At the time, Haim said he and his wife had some disagreements but nothing involving violence. He said she had been sad lately.
“I would love her to come back home and work everything out,” Haim told the Times-Union. “Everyone has a few problems, but she never did this before.”
The family gathered a year later to host a memorial for Bonnie off Airport Road, hoping the publicity would turn up leads. Michael Haim did not attend.
On the Facebook page with dozens of family photos, many show a smiling Haim with her son. A Nov. 18, 2012, entry says the disappearance remains “an open book,” fill it.
“Bonnie’s soft quiet voice continues to call me to that book. Though she has been gone for almost 20 years, the last chapters have not yet been written,” the entry said in part.
Later that same day, a post reacts to the discovery of human remains in Northwest Jacksonville, saying that every time a body or bones are found, “far too many families across our region are hopeful and scared that it could be the body of their missing loved one.”
On Jan. 6, 2013, another entry acts as Bonnie’s voice, reminding readers that she was declared a missing person 20 years ago that day.
“My friends and family and hundreds of people that I had never met searched for me but have not yet found me,” it reads. “… With every new subdivision and building that is built, I have hopes that someone will find my grave. As each year passes, I have hopes that someone will want to clear their conscience and tell the story of my last hours. Perhaps this is the year that the story of my life will be completed and my body will finally be laid to rest with a proper burial.”
That post predicted what happened.
On Dec. 15 workers digging out a backyard pool at the home on Dolphin Avenue found what appeared to be a piece of skull, police said. No one had lived there for some time. While neighbors speculated it could be Haim, her father said he didn’t think so but that “anything is possible.”
Eight months later Bruno said the DNA tests came back confirming the identity, and the investigation into her death was revived. Corey credited Hinson’s doggedness for this week’s result.
“This case involves just hundreds of individual circumstances spanning the last 20-something years that we will put together and put in front of a jury to seek justice for Bonnie Haim and her son,” said Corey, who also worked on this case in 1993 as an assistant state attorney. “… I can’t tell you what a long time it’s been in this case. And I can’t tell you the number of times after we ran out of leads, so to speak back then, that Robbie would come put a reminder in my office not to ever forget this case, and neither one of us have ever forgotten it.”
The couple’s son, Aaron, didn’t forget either. He filed and won a $26.3 million wrongful death lawsuit against his father in April 2005, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Corey said she hopes to have this case in front of a jury within a year, after it goes to a grand jury.

Well…what do you think? Should I keep up with this murder?

And Robert Durst Takes The Crazy To A Whole New Level

April 9, 2015

Good God is there even anything in the DVM 5 to cover this guy? Every psychiatrist on earth.

I guess there isn’t much to do while sitting in a cell in Louisiana so “nobody is crazier than I am” Durst decided to pen a letter to the Los Angeles Times. It said absolutely nothing about his current legal conundrums but did include his interests in Opera, the NFL, Politics and his health problems. He pled not guilty in Louisiana to weapons charges when he was caught dead nuts with the gun and just for shits and giggles the Fed is not exploring the option of Federal weapons charges. Meanwhile back in LA he is currently facing murder charges for killing his best friend Susan Berman in 2000. His Attorney Dick DeGuerin concurs that the handwriting in the letter to the times appears to be Durst’s.

As for the gun charges in Louisiana, DeGuerin and company are trying to have the charges thrown out as an illegal search. DeGuerin has also filed a subpoena with the court regarding Jeannine Pirro, the hair that has been up Durst’s ass for just about ever. In the documentary it was stated that Pirro and her then team had scheduled an interview with Susan just before she was killed, the defense contends that this request never happened and if it never happened there would be no reason for Durst to kill Susan.

Just because the amount of insane has not yet hit its ceiling (and with this dude it may never) Crazy Asses wife has come into play. Reports indicate that the wedding was rushed, that Robert seemed less than a jubilant new groom and that they married because Debra Charatran maybe knew one or a thousand too many secrets for Dursts liking. As for Charatran she is up for the gold digging hall of fame award and she gets bonus points because she has managed to somehow stay alive. You go girl.

According to the New York Post. Durst might have married Charatan as a means of protecting his own secrets, as Charatan could not be compelled to testify against him under the law of spousal privilege. In fact Durst told his sister Wendy that his relationship with Charatan was simply “a marriage of convenience.” Now, Charatan can not be compelled to testify, but she can if she wants too, although odds are likely that the court would not allow it as too prejudicial.

durst motion Here is the latest motion filing with backup law and the subpoena for Pirro. It is sideways, I apologize I cannot get it to turn for some reason and thank you Renae for digging this out for me.

Because I just cannot adequately explain the crazy here is Durst living as a mute woman. durstaswoman

And Susan Berman, currently dead susanberman

So there you have the fairly up to date insanity

Fred Durst Would Like You All To Know He Is NOT Robert Durst

April 1, 2015

Poor Fred Durst. He has no luck. First he becomes the front man for the entirely sucky Limp Bizkit and then he gets confused twice in the news for supposed serial killer Robert Durst.

robertdurst

The dude wearing the NOT ROBERT hoody is Fred Durst. He is guilty of doing it all for the nookie and fronting a shitty band. On the right we have crazy assed crazy Robert Durst who is guilty of hunking someone up with a bow saw, a couple of kitchen knives and assorted other pointy things. He is currently under arrest for allegedly killing his best friend Susan Berman. She had recently called him to let him know the police wanted to talk to her about the disappearance of Roberts wife Kathleen. He probably figured he’d told Susan way, way to much so he whacked her and made it look like a mob hit.

The judge that gave him five years for jumping bail and evidence tampering believes he mailed her a decapitated cat’s head. They are also looking into him for a girl that went missing in 1971 who used to shop at the health food store that he and his wife Cathy owned at that time. The 1971 disappearance of college student Lynne Schulze has been the bane of authorities in Middlebury Vermont for more than 40 years. On December 10, 1971, Lynn, then 18, just vanished from the face of the earth hours after buy dried prunes at Durst’s health food shop. She was last seen across the street from the shop.

Kristen Modafferi disappeared on June 23, 1997 in San Francisco. She was 18 and had completed her freshman year of college in North Carolina. She had only recently moved to San Francisco to go to summer school at the University of California at Berkeley. Durst was a person of interest in her disappearance.

Karen Mitchell disappeared while walking alone in Eureka California. She was only 16. She vanished on November 25, 1997. Robert Durst owned a house a very short distance away and frequented a business owned by the Mitchell family. On the day she disappeared, she was seen getting into a car with a man who looked like Durst.

Other stunning (spoiler, no they aren’t) revelations that have come to light are that he liked hookers although nobody knows if he killed any of them, it would appear that handwriting experts have confirmed that the cadaver note was penned by Durst, and his wife who has up till now kept her gold digging mouth shut is currently shacked up with one of Durst’s stable of lawyers. Debbie Charatan is supposedly working out a deal for her testimony, but I have looked more into that being that it is marital communications and odds are about 9 to 1 that it won’t be allowed so I don’t know what the great debate is about. Obviously she knows a shit ton of stuff and is definitely guilty of aiding and abetting but it’s probably never going to see the light of the courtroom.

Just to add to the already good time being enjoyed by Robert Durst, former DA Jeanine Pirro who has been up Robert Durst’s ass for just about ever. She currently works for Fox News and got booted from the courtroom during arraignment when the defense stated they planned on calling her as a witness. Pirro contested hotly that she was there as a member of the press but she got the boot anyway. Her lawyer argued and she was eventually allowed re-entry where she sat in the front row and shot daggers from her eyes at Durst for the remainder of the proceedings. She has since received a subpoena.

Robert Durst basically blames Pirro for all the bad things that have happened to him, you know like being accused of capital crimes and shit.

More on Durst to come because he is suddenly everywhere.

Robert Durst Is a Crazy Assed Crazy.

March 21, 2015

Really dude, you didn’t remember you had a mic on? Whatever the fuck planet he’s from

Hai everybody. It’s me your Dean of Fuckery/Law Professor/doctor of doctoring/resident sarcasm expert and queen of all I survey. I have been looking into this Robert Durst dude and I have to say the psychopaths seem to be coming out of the woodwork just to say hi. This one is pure psychopath. It’s a lot like finding bigfoot. On a scale of 1 to 10 buddy has got to be a 15. Seriously, you have three bodies behind you, that you got away with and you decide to do a documentary on yourself. Delusions of grandiosity much?

So here is some background on Robert Durst. He is rich as fuck, grew up in New York, he got counceling as a child for “sibling rivalry” or maybe for killing cats who keeps track? He became a real estate developer but when daddy handed the reins over to his brother it caused a giant shit show in the family and Robert took his ball out of the sandbox and went somewhere else to play.

He married Kathleen McCormick in 1973 and she magically disappeared in 1982. (I didn’t do it, I only disappear planes.) At the time she went missing Durst was living in a separate apartment and dating some other woman. Apparently the police didn’t look to hard for Kathleen. They reopened an investigation in 2000. Want to know why? Because Durst’s good friend Susan Berman was killed execution style in her house in California. Coincidentally(spoiler, not really) she was thought to have information on the disappearance of Kathleen. When questioned Durst confirmed he had recently sent his good friend $50000 for no apparent reason and promptly booked it for Texas. And just because all this isn’t way to fishy he lived in a boarding house posing as a mute woman. (Okay I know I saw this on law and order. BRB.) Yup I was right. Season 14 Episode 17 called hands free.

Anyway in 2001 Durst was arrested when his neighbor turned up dead and disassembled. The parts were found floating in Galveston Bay. He posted bail of 300 grand and immediately jumped it. He was recaptured in Pennsylvania trying to shoplift a chicken salad Sammy. He had $500 in his pocket and when his car was searched they found $37000 in cash, a couple of guns, some weed, and the dead dudes drivers license.

In 2003 he was put on trial for that murder and claimed self defense. He hired Dick Diguerin (very hot shit defense attorney, if you are really rich and killed somebody use this guy) During cross-examination, Durst admitted to using a paring knife, two saws, and an axe to hunk up Mr. Black for easier disposal. He was acquitted of murder. He was sentenced to bail jumping and tampering with evidence and got 5yrs. He was released twice. The first time he was caught breaking his parole conditions so they shipped him back to do his remaining time. He was released in 2006.

This brings us to now when the dumbass agreed to the documentary The Jinx. Where he forgot he was wearing a live mic and confessed to murder. Or did he? I won’t say what I think he is going to say about that but I don’t think it is going to stand in court.

He was arrested recently and charged with murder and was caught with a shit ton of cash and a latex mask for disguise purposes. They also found a .38 loaded with 4 rounds, a bunch more weed and paperwork for shipments of large sums of cash. Dick DiGuerin is once again representing him and he has waived an extradition hearing and was going to be being shipped back to answer his murder charges. However, New Orleans filed its own charges for the firearm and the weed so that could slow his return to Cali.

This one is going to be a barn burner.

That’s it for today
RBMD Peacing the fuck out.

EDIT: I put the sum of $15000 that he sent to his friend it was actually $50000. It has been corrected (and thank you to the person who’s name I cannot remember I’m sorry) for pointing it out.
